Delivery Information

Delivery of all items to Mainland (Lowlands) UK is Free of Charge.

Delivery of items under 1KG in weight are shipped by Royal Mail 1st class post and is free to all UK destinations, including Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Items over 1 KG are shipped via our courier service for next-day guaranteed delivery for most UK destinations. This is a signed-for service, so you will need to be avaialable to take delivery. If the item cannot be delivered, the carrier will put a card through the door with contact information and make two further delivery attempts to your door on subsequent days. After this, they will keep the item at their local depot for one week for collection by you. If still not collected, they will return it to us and charge us £8.50 which we will pass on to you.

Shipping charges to destinations other than UK Mainland (Lowlands) are as follows:

Scottish Highlands and Islands: £7.50

Northern Ireland: £7.50

Channel Islands: £7.50

Europe Zone 1 (Eire, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany): £7.50
