Having bought my first kit from Satgear a few years ago I have found them excellant to deal with . Purchased last year for use with our touring caravan which is stored in Bois De Cene , Vendee.
Had a few problems with initial trial in UK and after a telephone call to the tech department got it sorted. It was a simple case of not pressing the right choice from the menu.
Once set up in France - the easy find was great and didn't take too long to find the right direction and get a green signal.
Ours was an 80cm system with easy find.
Our signal strength was around 70% to 85% which was sufficient for a perfect picture.

We have a static caravan in Cumbria and for the last 2 years the TV reception has been sporadic. Decided to try a sat system for the first time. I went with this kit because it had everything in it and glad I did. Arrived next working day via DPD at 10.00 and by 11.00 I was watching the satellite TV at home. I decided to try a set up at home and once happy setup on the caravan. The bracket for the dish is a monster, its so well made it was overkill for the caravan. I used some old climbing frame rods for the caravan and within 10 minutes of arriving at the van was up a running. I used the flat cable to put the cable through the window (extra but well worth it) to save having to get under the van and altering the aerial in let. The receiver can record to a USB pen drive but (correct me if I'm wrong) but it's not dual channel. Great if there something on when your our. The quality of the recording was great and this was a nice bonus. The satellite finder was a great help. Thinking of getting one at home now. Thanks guys.

Received advice on the phone to ensure we had the kit most suitable for our requirements for our caravan and Avtex TV
After placement of order we had an issue with the currier not delivering on the dates stated. Darren chased this up with the currier and kept us informed of the situation and continued to contact us until it was delivered.
Darren also helped us to set the system up and provide us details for Avtex to upgrade the software on the TV to enable the channel list to be updated.

My original installation of a dish and set top box from Satgear went without a hitch - perfect picture on first attempt using satellite finder. The kit is for our holiday let and we've suffered repeated problems with guests 'fiddling' with setup despite being asked not too. This culminated today in a completely inoperable system, with new guests due tomorrow. One call to Darren, a file upload and everything is back to normal in 15 minutes - and now PIN code protected. I needed a portable satelite dish for caravaning and Satgears bundle of goodies fitted the bill perfectly.
The tripod was first class - really sturdy. The dish was also good quality, well coated to stand all weathers.
The long cable, complete with F connectors was of good qualitity. The elevation increments on the sat bracket were useful but difficult to see. Edit *inclinometer is included for this purpose*. My only other concern was if the small 40cm dish was going to be big enough but I needn't of worried as once I located the correct Astra 28.2 satelite my Manhatton Freesat receiver worked perfectly. All this was achieved

i was looking for a satellite system which would be easy to set up and use on the move. i inquired through customer service which system to purchase and satgear advised me to buy this system . at first i didnt think it would be so simply to set up and use . i set off with all my new kit and unpacked on camp site. The set up of stand and dish was straight forward and instructions explained excatly what to do and with in 5-10 mins i had picture on tv . The best bit of advice i could give to any one purchasing this system download the satellite finder app off the app store ,this will make setting up system so much easier if you know roughly the correct direction of satellite to start off with . First set elevation of dish ,and use your app to locate satellite direction and you have system running in minutes . well happy with product and recommend any one to buy this system with receiver .The easy find system makes whole process simple with the lights on back of dish to set up dish.

Before the lockdown I was researching sat dishes as my new Avtex tv recieves HD channels. I decided on the easybeam as it has the easyfind system which is compatible with my tv.Finding on the website that online orders could be processed promptly and safely I rang and had a nice chat with the Lady who is half of the ownership of the business. After having my questions answered I placed an order which duly came 2 days later by DPD. If you can see my picture you can see that I could not wait until I could use the caravan and set it up with the tv in the summer house. It is as easy as they say and I was most impressed with the quality of the build and the quickness it can be set up and packed away.no need for a satfinder and no locking on to the wrong satellite al HD channels were perfect.In the picture the dish is set high because of obstacles. Darren was excellent and very helpful. The easyfind satellite kit for my Avtex tv would not connect because the TV was a few years old so he rang Avtex to get the engineer code and took me thru the procedure. Have found the system very easy to use and once connected to tv you can switch it to a sky or other box.

Ordered the flat stat dish to work with my sky Q box arrived in a couple of days I had a quick read of the instructions plugged it in adjusted the dish using the sat finder provided and it just worked I was amazed how easy it was. I liked the reasurance I got from the instuctions to give them a call yes a call call not an email if I had any problems setting up ,it dose what it says on the tin great piece of kit.
