Purchased last year for use with our touring caravan which is stored in Bois De Cene , Vendee.
Had a few problems with initial trial in UK and after a telephone call to the tech department got it sorted. It was a simple case of not pressing the right choice from the menu.
Once set up in France - the easy find was great and didn't take too long to find the right direction and get a green signal.
Ours was an 80cm system with easy find.
Our signal strength was around 70% to 85% which was sufficient for a perfect picture.
Great system, easy to use and set up.

This is a very belated thank you for rescuing Janet & I when in Croatia in May with our caravan. We had tried to home in on English programmes but could only pick up the German transmission from the satellite. Unfortunately we had clicked on to ‘Factory settings’ not realising that the receiver had come from Germany and been converted by yourselves. WE NOW KNOW WHAT NOT TO DO!!!!! Your solving of our situation with much determination on your part, despite the lateness of the hour was very much appreciated. We had goodish reception there and when near Annecy received all BBC programmes. We look forward to getting it right in 2020 when we plan to return to Croatia.

Just purchased the Vuesat Easybeam Premium Portable Flat Panel Satellite Dish Kit, complete with Easyfind. Excellent enquiry and support service, from Darren, followed by speedy delivery. If only all our UK retailing experiences could be like this? The kit is compact, light and easy to set up. The quality of the tripod is especially impressive. Tuning to the UK Astra satellite is a doddle with Easyfind and the quality of the resulting picture is excellent. Can’t fault the system and I am a well satisfied customer.

We purchased an EasyBeam Premium kit earlier this year.It does what it says on the tin.Once the general direction of the signal is established with a compass the set up is easy with our Avtex TV.In the UK it is a doddle and the signal is found in minutes.In France we found a signal as far south as a parallel with Valence and westwards but at times it took some tweaking of the dish inclination to get a better quality picture.Points to improve:the cable from the dish is too thin,tangles too easily and may not be very durable (- Satgear edit: thicker cable now supplied. The thin cable can be supplied on request) and a wing nut instead of a nut on the fixing to the tripod would be better. Worth the money as the kit is much more compact than an arm dish when packing away in our PVC MH.Fumbling with cold fingers I dropped the nut which secures the dish to the tripod and lost it.A phone call for a replacement proved that the after sales service was excellent.

OMG after years of messing around with a lining up satellite dishes when on a camp site, I have found this baby.
First time set up within 90 seconds, so easy, no ghosting perfect picture with no breaking up of signal.
I can only speak at I find this is a premium quality setup, as always you get what you pay for. This is well worth the cost.
Well done Sat Gear and Vue Sat, you have a winner here. I will be singing your praises for a long time yet

I bought a cheap sat/tv set up, what a mistake, a big mess around to get a poor quality picture, I had the good fortune to come across satgear who were a mine of information and advise. Nothing was too much trouble, I bought an avtex tv with the compatible vuesat square flat (I will call it a dish) and tripod which is very compact and easy to assemble and store, NO sticking out lnb, NO sat finder needed NO external tuner needed. Just minutes to set up, and takes me 30 seconds to lock on to the satalite, it also works in Scotland ! I would recommend this set up for anyone over 10 years old, don't make the same mistake I made, get the right thing for the job is cheaper in the long run, if I have any future requirements it will be from Satgear.

Bought a SatVue EasyFind combo kit.
When it arrived the tripod was the wrong one, it was replaced the following day, great customer service.
As for the product itself, I have watched and chuckled at so many people trying to set up Satelite dishes on caravan sites but this was a real doddle. Literally up and running and watching TV within 5-10 minutes of starting to unpack the kit. SUPERB!

The easyfind satellite kit for my Avtex tv would not connect because the TV was a few years old so he rang Avtex to get the engineer code and took me thru the procedure. Have found the system very easy to use and once connected to tv you can switch it to a sky or other box.

Hello Darren and team. Just wanted to let you know I got it all working at first try. I bought your kit to put on my flats balcony because our building communal system keeps breaking down and now they say they won’t fix it for 4 to 6 weeks, which is ridiculous. I got your kit yesterday, put it all together last night but didn’t look for the signal until this morning. Got it within a couple of mins with an iPad sat finder app so I didn’t need the meter but that’s ok. It’s good to have it as a back up. I’m very happy to finally have signal to my sky box. Your instructions were very good... I’m happy to say it’s all working perfectly And I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you very much.

Previous Feedback I provided on two emails, to which I received no response....
The Good....
Easily put together, connected to the TV and locked on to the Satellite. Cable length is good and the flat window cable will be handy.
The Not so good.....
There is a large scratch on the back of the dish about the size of a two pound coin. Not detrimental to the operation but it was straight out of the box, so disappointing.
The bracket on the bottom of the dish which screws onto the tripod was bent up. I had to straighten this before I could attach to the threaded bar coming out of the tripod as it was so curved.
I have replaced the threaded bar and nut used to attach to the tripod with a stainless steel bolt and nut. This assembly is now one piece and makes a lot more sense than the received assembly.
When I handled the dish itself, there was a noise like a babys rattle from the inside, I removed the 8 off screws out the back of the dish and did find a small piece of plastic inside. However, the actual noise was coming from the dish itself. Of the four screws keeping the dish in place, two were fine, one had been over screwed and stripped the thread and one had not actually been screwed in.
