If you have purchased one of the Satgear or Vuesat Premium kits you are entitled to a PREMIUM service from us and that is precisely what we will endeavour to give our valued customers. We offer complete purchasing peace of mind... any Premium kit customer can expect the following if the kit seems to be faulty within the warranty period:

  • A telephone diagnosis of the potential issue with our service engineer.
  • Free replacement of faulty components. 
  • Free collection and return if the item needs to be repaired or serviced (we are happy to send to or collect from any location whether it be at home or a campsite).


To return any item for repair or service, please return your goods to the address detailed on our contact page (after receiving a returns number from us). We will then repair and service your goods to the highest standards of workmanship that people have come to expect from Satgear.
