Fast Shipping to UK Mainland
At Satgear, we try very hard to keep our delivery costs down for our customers and that's why we try to absorb the shipping cost as much ass possible.
If your item is being delivered to the UK (including Highlands and Islands), less than £35 in value, it will be sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £3.95 2nd Class or £4.95 1st Class. Recorded options are also available in the checkout.
Please see the table below for our shipping services for items over 2kg or £35 in value (majority of Satgear kits). Remember that your kit will be built to order. If the item shows as 'in stock', this indicates that the components required in the kit are in stock and ready to 'build'. We take a lot of care to ensure that your kit reaches you in perfect condition. This can take a bit of time so please bear with us if your order doesn't arrive within a few days. If you have any concerns please call us and if your order is urgent, please choose the expedited option in the checkout.
Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner. Most orders made before 12 noon with cleared payment are dispatched the same day. Please take this as a guide only and not a guarantee. If you need the item the next day then you'll need to order before 12 noon selecting the expedited options at the checkout. If you select 'NEXT DAY' or 'before 12 pm' in the delivery options at the checkout but have ordered after 12.00pm - the dispatch date should be considered as the following day. Also note that orders are not processed for delivery on weekends and holidays and the term 'next day' means next 'business' day. For Saturday deliveries please call us for a quote.
In general, orders with a weight of less than 2KG or a value of less than £35 are shipped by Royal Mail. Orders over these limits are normally shipped by our standard delivery service via DHL or DPD to the mainland UK and by Hermes to the Highlands and Islands.
