Returning an Item

Changed your mind - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

You can change your mind for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery as detailed on the booklet that came with your item and we will be happy to provide a full refund (including our standard delivery charges). Please bear the following conditions in mind:
 
Please return the item in new condition, unused and intact in its original manufacturer packaging. We also ask that you are mindful that we will need to be able to resell the item so the goods need to be returned in the same condition that you received them. If upon opening the returned item, this turns out not to be the case, we may need to deduct an amount for swapping out components which have been used.  We suggest that you send it back to us with tracking information to protect you if the item gets lost in transit. Please also note that we will not be able to refund you for the original special delivery charges such as 'Saturday' or 'Next Day' or for items delivered outside the mainland UK. 

Incorrect or faulty goods received

Whilst we try our best to give you a top quality service, in the rare event that we fall short and supply a sub-standard product which is either faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange a collection for it at our cost. Or you can return it yourself and we will refund your return costs equivalent to the value of the fees stated by MyHermes found here: MyHermes Prices.  International customers will need to return the item by their own method, we are unable to refund international postage. Before making the refund, we'll check and test the item for you and then repair the faulty component before returning it back to you (If we find no fault in the item, we will service it and then arrange to send the item back out to you, don't worry that will also be at our cost. If we cannot repair or replace your item we will offer you a full refund.
Please obtain a returns authorisation from us before sending the item back to us and include your name, order number and contact details along with a detailed description of the problem.

Servicing and repairing your kit

Aside from our returns policy outlined above, we try to offer an excellent servicing/repair service for items that are outside the 30 day time frame but within the guarantee period. To return any item for repair or service, please return your goods to the address detailed on our contact page (after receiving a returns number from us). We will then repair and service your goods to the highest standards of workmanship that people have come to expect from Satgear.
